Web sites are optimized for search terms provided by the client and at today's optimization standards. The results in the search engines will be determined by competition in your market. It is the responsibility of the client to research their industry to determine the most appropriate and competitive key words. Noodle Design does not guarantee top placement in search engines. If you would like a recommendation for a search marketing consultant we would be happy to provide that.
All web sites by Noodle Design are the property of the client. Every client will have full FTP access to their web site which means they have full editing capabilities. There will be many search engine optimization efforts in place, both visible and behind-the-scenes (in the code) which means certain edits by the client could effect the web site's results in the search engines. Noodle Design cannot be held accountable for a drop in search engine rankings.
Personal information provided to Noodle Design will never be sold or given to any other party. Only information given explicitly for use on your web site will be used on your web site and therefore made public.

A client may obtain the domain of their choosing from the registrar of their choosing, or they may choose to have Noodle Design acquire the domain of their choosing on their behalf. The domain will be the property of the client regardless of how it is obtained. We use GoDaddy for both domain registration and hosting.
A client may obtain web site hosting from the company of their choosing, or they may choose to have Noodle Design acquire the appropriate web site hosting on their behalf. The hosting account will be the property of the client regardless of how it is obtained. We use GoDaddy for both domain registration and hosting. If you choose to purchase a hosting account on your own please note that in most cases the most basic hosting account will be sufficient (for instance, an Economy hosting account at GoDaddy.com), but do ensure that the hosting account is PHP enabled as sites built by Noodle Design are built using PHP.
